Macaroni are a tubular shaped pasta made from durum wheat semolina
and fresh eggs cracked daily. They are about 30 cm long and the hollow
center adds special characteristic to this pasta. It is great with sauces and
has a nice bite. Macaroni are definitely a pasta classic.
