Our own special combinations of classic imported Swiss cheeses for the ultimate fondue at home, including Gruyure, Vacherin Fribourgeois, Emmental, and Raclette . To prepare, you need 1 package of our cheese blend, 10 oz. dry white wine, 3 teaspoons cornstarch, 1 oz. Kirsch, Garlic cloves, Nutment, Paprika, and Pepper. Add one of our Wurzelbrot breads or another dipper of your choice and enjoy!
