Laeckerli Swiss Christmas Cookies

These wonderful honey based cookies are made using a centuries old recipe from Basel, Switzerland. Laeckerli is a spice cookie made with honey, almonds, orange peel and lemon peel. Crispy and hard if the humidity is low, or chewy when the humidity is high. This specialty contains no sodium, no cholesterol, and is low in fat.
