What is the Barbeclette?
The Barbeclette has been specially designed to melt single slices of cheese on the barbecue. The melting plate is provided with a non-stick coating. With the spatula enclosed the melted cheese can be readily slid from the Barbeclette. This makes melting your favorite Raclette cheese an easy and convenient addition to meals in the summer time!
