We want your chocolates to arrive to you in the same condition they were shipped from our bakery. You have the best knowledge of temperatures in your area  and we recommend that you add a Cold Shipping Pack to your order to guarantee the quality of your chocolate in transit. Because of the low melting point of chocolate, during warm weather all chocolate products have the following limitations: We recommend shipping via Next Day or 2^nd Day Air and reserve the right to NOT ship via Ground under select circumstances. In this situation every attempt will be made to email or call you to notify you of the additional charge. We normally ship chocolate Monday through Wednesday unless Next Day Air is selected or you have contacted us about Saturday delivery. Adding our Cold Shipping Pack with two day shipping or faster will guarantee that your chocolate will arrive to you safe and sound. If you elect to not choose these additional safeguards, we cannot be responsible for chocolate damaged  in transit.
