Customer Cold Shipping

Chocolate's cold shipping needs are only seasonal. Ice packs and thermal pouches are now available for purchase at your convenience. You are the best judge of temperatures in your area, so add our Customer Cold Shipping Pack whenever your order needs it! Single ice packs are also available for purchase if you live in an exceptionally warm area where they will be needed. If you are also purchasing meat or dairy products, you do not need to order the Customer Cold Shipping Pack separately. You can, however, add additional ice packs if necessary. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping recommendations: Have a Cold Shipping Pack when temperature are 60 degrees or more. Remember to keep in mind the significantly warmer temperatures of delivery vehicles when making your decision. We also recommend orders containing cold packs not be more than two days in transit.

Adding our Cold Shipping Pack with a two day or faster shipping method will guarantee that your chocolate will arrive to you safe and sound. If you elect to not choose these additional safeguards, we cannot be responsible for chocolate damaged  in transit.
