Due to warm weather temperatures we are now sending chocolate with thermal packaging in order to ensure it will arrive in the same condition it leaves our bakery. However, the ice packs are only guaranteed to last two days in transit depending on outside temperatures. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our mail order staff with your inquiries. You may also consider purchasing additional ice packs to add to the standard cold shipping packaging.

We normally ship chocolate Monday through Wednesday unless Next Day Air is selected or you have contacted us about Saturday delivery. Adding our Cold Shipping Pack with two day shipping or faster will guarantee that your chocolate will arrive to you safe and sound. If you elect to not choose these additional safeguards, we cannot be responsible for chocolate damaged in transit.
